TRUmate connects students with listings and roommates. TRUmate does not collect rent, deposits, or any payment between users. All financial arrangements are handled directly between landlords and tenants off-platform.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant TRUmate a license to display it on the service while your account is active.
Acceptable useLink to Acceptable use
No harassment, discrimination, fraudulent listings, scraping, or impersonation. Violations may lead to account termination.
DisclaimersLink to Disclaimers
TRUmate is provided "as is" with no warranties. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users beyond .edu email verification.
Limitation of liabilityLink to Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TRUmate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app.
